Super cute

Gifted this backpack, and the lock broke within a month. No way of replacing it, or getting it fixed. It was very disappointing.

The quality of the bag is fantastic, it was a long wait but well worth it!

Great quality

I pre-ordered this product in early 2023 with an expected arrival date of late summer. I was hoping to give it to my wife in late 2023 as a birthday gift. As months went on I began trying to contact the company for updates, but would get either no response or a robot chat reply which was never helpful. I was incredibly disappointed with the lack of updates as well as the lack of response to my inquiries. I spent money on a product with an estimated arrival date, and didn’t get the product for almost a year and a half. There was never any compensation for the delay and I didn’t feel as though the couples of times I got in contact with a real support person that they were very empathetic. I adored this company, but won’t be giving them my business anymore after this experience.
