Our preorder system allows you to purchase items that are soon to be in stock and shipped on the shipping time listed in the description. This allows you to take advantage of low preorder pricing, sales, and product scarcity before we sell out. It is essentially a way to hold your spot for a product restock.

Preorders can sometimes take up to a month or more to be fulfilled and fulfillment periods are subject to change without notice. They can be delayed due to a variety of reasons including but not limited to shipping delays, durability issues, and more.

You can cancel a preorder at anytime but know that we will have limited stock should you try to make a purchase when the item comes in. Preorder discounts will also not be applied to in stock items.

We do our best to keep you updated. Updates on preorder shipping and preorder delays are provided to our Park Candy email list subscribers.

The best way to get a preorder update anytime you'd like is to contact us and send us a message!

Preorders are delayed for a number of reasons. The most common reasons are:

• The fabric/manufacturing process needs to restart due to an error.
• A fabric/leather color or style is out of stock and we have to wait for it to be restocked.
• The products are stuck in a shipping issue - could be a customs problem or a lost box.
• A nationally recognized holiday either in the USA or overseas has delayed production.

Typically we ship orders within one week after they arrive to our warehouse. Status and shipment updates will be automatically texted and/or emailed to you as we ship out orders.

Collecting Preorders 🛍️
This means that we're still estimating sizes and advertising the preorder

Fabric Printing / Molding 🖨️
This is the longest status in the manufacturing process. We're in the midst of printing yards among yards of beautiful fabric and leather OR molding hundreds of blocks of metal goods.

Sewing / Enamel Painting 🧵
The preordered purses and clothing items are quickly being sewn together. Metal goods are in the process of being painted and cured.

Packaging 📦
All of our products are tucked away in boxes and are waiting to ship!

In Transit to Warehouse 🚀
Boxes are making their way from the manufacturer to our warehouse to be checked for quality control, sorted, and shipped.

Sorting and Shipping 💌
Our small team (Steve, Carise, and the fam) are currently unpacking everything, checking each item for errors, and shipping out orders!
