Unlike those fast-fashion giants, we work with small, ethical warehouses where employees enjoy fair wages and well-deserved time off. Sure, this might mean occasional delays, but trust us: quality and integrity are worth the wait. We're hustling to get your preorders to you and promise to keep our timeline page updated with the freshest info.

  • How pre-orders work

    A pre-order is your way of holding your spot in line. You buy now at a discounted price, and we ship the moment the product lands back in our hands.

    The basics

    Pre-order pricing is lower than retail, your card is charged at checkout, and the product description tells you when it's expected to ship. That's the whole deal — no second charge, no surprise hold.

    A few honest things to know

    Pre-orders can take a month or more to be fulfilled, and shipping windows can shift. Stuff happens — production delays, supplier hiccups, weather doing weather things. We'll always tell you if something changes.

    Cancellations

    You can cancel a pre-order anytime within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. After that, all pre-order sales are final. Heads up: once you cancel, we can't promise the item will still be available if you change your mind — pre-orders sell out.

    One small caveat on discounts

    Pre-order pricing only applies to pre-order items. If a product is already in stock, it's at retail price. Sale codes can stack on top of pre-order pricing, though — try yours at checkout.

    How we keep you in the loop

    Pre-order shipping updates and any timeline changes go out to our email list first — so if you've ordered, make sure you're subscribed. You can also check the Pre-Order Updates page anytime.

  • The honest answer: a lot of things can push a ship date back, and most of them are outside our control. Here are the usual suspects:

    Production hiccups
    Sometimes a print run doesn't come out right, or a batch needs to be redone for quality. We'd rather start over than send you something that isn't up to par.

    Fabric or material backorders
    A specific fabric, leather, or color we need is out of stock at our supplier. Once they restock, we're back in motion.

    Shipping issues
    Boxes get held up in customs, lost in transit, or stuck at a port. We work with our suppliers to track them down, but international shipping has a mind of its own.

    Holidays (here and abroad)
    Most of our manufacturing partners observe holidays we don't necessarily celebrate in the US — Lunar New Year is a big one, and it can shut down production for two to three weeks. We try to plan around it, but sometimes it sneaks up on us.

    The good news

    When something delays your order, we'll let you know. Email subscribers get the updates first, and the Pre-Order Updates page always has the latest info.

  • Once your pre-order arrives at our warehouse, we ship it out within about a week. You'll get an automatic text and email the moment your tracking number is generated — no need to check in.

    A quick heads up

    We ship pre-orders in the order they were received, so the earliest pre-orders go out first. If you ordered on day one, you're near the top of the pile.

  • We've got you. Whether you need to swap a size, change a color, update your shipping address, or cancel altogether — just let us know.

    A few things to know:

    • Cancellations: Full refund within 7 days of purchase. After that, all pre-order sales are final.
    • Swaps and exchanges: Want a different size or colorway? We can swap before the order ships, as long as the new item is still available.
    • Address changes: No problem — as long as the order hasn't shipped yet. The earlier you let us know, the better. Once your tracking email goes out, address changes aren't possible (it's already on its way).

    Product Development 🔎
    This is a product that has not come out yet and is still being researched.

    Collecting Preorders 🛍️
    This means that we're still estimating sizes and advertising the preorder

    Fabric Printing / Molding 🖨️
    This is the longest status in the manufacturing process. We're in the midst of printing yards among yards of beautiful fabric and leather OR molding hundreds of blocks of metal goods.

    Sewing / Enamel Painting 🧵
    The preordered purses and clothing items are quickly being sewn together. Metal goods are in the process of being painted and cured.

    Packaging 📦
    All of our products are tucked away in boxes and are waiting to ship!

    In Transit to Warehouse 🚀
    Boxes are making their way from the manufacturer to our warehouse to be checked for quality control, sorted, and shipped.

    Sorting and Shipping 💌
    Our small team is currently unpacking everything, checking each item for errors, and shipping out orders!
