Shipping Policy - United States
Most Park Candy items ship to you via USPS Standard Delivery or UPS Ground and will arrive within 5-7 business days or less. Exceptions include preorders and items shipped from locations other than our main warehouse which include products printed on demand such as phone cases, t-shirts, sweatshirts and all otherwise noted.
Depending on when you place your order and whether or not your item is a preorder, your tracking number may take a few business days to become active.
Shipping Protection Plan
Park Candy now offers shipping protection as an add on policy that will safe guard your shipment against the following:
- Product damages in shipment.
- Lost goods during the shipping process.
- Theft of goods during the shipping process.
- Weather related damage to product during shipping process.
If your order is affected by one of these conditions and shipping protection is applied to your order, you will have the option to replace your order with items of equal value or receive a store credit for the value of the lost items.
To add a shipping policy to your order, start by adding items to your cart and making sure that "shipping protection" is added at the bottom. Please note that this option is non-refundable.
Can I cancel an item before it ships?
Yes! Please contact help@parkcandy.com before your order ships and we will do our best to cancel it for you. Once your order has begun shipping, changes or cancellations will not be possible and you will need to wait until it arrives to request an exchange or a return.

Restrictions
We are unable to ship to a PO Box location for any items shipped via UPS. Please contact us at help@parkcandy.com if you don’t have any other options and we will do our best to make sure you can have some other options.

Shipping Policy - International
Shipping Charges
The cost to ship internationally varies and depends on the size and destination of the shipment. Your total shipping charges (US dollars) will appear during the Checkout process, before payment is entered.
Duties and Taxes
Our prices do not include duties, value-added taxes or miscellaneous fees. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed for them by the local Customs office. Please keep this in mind when shipping a gift item to a destination outside the U.S. You may be contacted by your local carrier prior to delivery, to settle any outstanding duties, taxes or fees.
Customs
For goods shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the goods and accompanying materials may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the goods may not conform to destination country voltage (requiring use of an adapter or converter). You are responsible for assuring the goods can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from us, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

The United Kingdom and the European Union have recently introduced new tax laws for international shipments that make it hard for United States owned businesses to fulfill orders in your location. We appreciate your patience as we iron out our shipping process.
