I ordered 3 perms back in November that were in stock, they were meant to be Christmas presents. The first item they shipped in a reasonable time. The 2nd they shipped later which got to my house to late to give on Christmas to my daughter, added to this issue is they sent the wrong item, told me they can exchange it, then 2nd i printed the label and was going to run to the shipper on the weekend, I get an email stating they will only refund the money which means they didn't have the skirt in stock anymore. The 3rd item (the Llama purse) they never shipped, they never updated what's going on. When i asked about it the first time I didn't get a response. The 2nd time I asked, again no response. The 3rd time I asked (each were more than a week apart, I get it will be shipping in the next 2 weeks. Nope they didn't, so i waited 3 weeks then asked, no response. A week later I asked again with no response. The next time I get a response that the warehouse is backed up but assured it would ship by the following week. Well 3 weeks went by and nothing, not even an update. I tried 3 more times with the same response on tune 3rd time, delays at warehouse and they will ship it within 2 weeks (by the end of March). Mid April comes along and nothing, but then I get an email stating there is a delay but if I prefer they would refund my money. I wanted the purse for my youngest daughter, but that same day of that email I get another email stating they will refund my money, which again I wanted the purse. Well now in May and no refund to be found.
I do not recommend these guys at all. I originally bought a lama purse from them back in April 2022 which said pre-order but would ship late April. That became May. Then June, then July, then August, then September, October, November, December, January 2023, February 2023, March 2023, then low and behold it arrived Late April 2023. A year past the promised shipment time. My middle daughter lived it though. So giving them the benefit of the doubt I figured November 2024 I would give them a try since everyone commented on the purse. Well lesson learned, the product might be great but the customer service and customer communication is atrocious.
They seem to thrive of preorder studies so much and so many reviews I have seen had been the same thing we have been through. Order with extreme caution.
I will be placing this review also on Google, yep and any other place i can to caution everyone.
